The 49th Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday March 15th, 2026, 2:00 p.m. at the Cannington Baptist Church auditorium.
The Annual Report is scheduled to be mailed within the next week to 2025 Society members.
The Society adopted proxy voting during the pandemic and it is now a legal provision in By-Law #1.
The mailing
you are about to receive will include a pink Proxy voting form and a
stamped, addressed envelope.
This must be completed, signed, and returned to our
office before Friday March 13th to be counted or it may be presented
in-person at the AGM.
While we
anticipate a great AGM attendance to learn about the progress of your Society,
we ask that you exercise your voting right with this Proxy form should you not
be able to attend in person.
