The 49th Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday March 15th, 2026, 2:00 p.m. at the Cannington Baptist Church auditorium.
The Society adopted proxy voting during the pandemic and it is now a legal provision in By-Law #1.

While we
anticipate a great AGM attendance to learn about the progress of your Society, your vote counts and we ask that you exercise your voting right should you not
